Sex before training…hmmm. No doubt it is a good total body warmup.
Not sure what the women at the office will think about that (since I go at lunch time) but I’ll send out an email and see what happens.

Used 3 different spotters for bench…1. a crossfit kinda dude, 2. a woman that trains pretty seriously and 3. a bigger dude.
The instructions, “I don’t want to see your hands near the bar and I don’t want you to touch the bar unless it is heading for my face” were clearly understood by 1.; 2. got it after she ignored me on the first set and I had to repeat, 3. didn’t fucking get it even when I repeated the instruction during the set.
OK, so my wife’s birthday is coming up and I want to get her some lovely undergarments. I have gone into stores to buy before but being the shy sort I would rather order online.
These will be in addition to the very sexy lamp for seasonal affective disorder and the business strategy books she has requested.
Other than the obvious (Victoria Secret), any quality sites I should look at?

Hmmm. Where to buy. This depends upon how much you’d like to spend. Victoria’s Secret is only OK in my book. Alot of their panty/nightie materials are kind of cheap and scratchy as opposed to the higher end stuff (Elle MacPherson Intimates, Cosabella, Simone Perele, Chantelle and stupid-expensive-but-beautiful La Perla). That said, VS has the best bras ever, if that’s what you mean by undergarments. In addition to the Vickys Secret, you can check out these links:

smart man My husband doesn’t buy me clothes (I’m way too fussy) but I must say the few times he gave me jewelry they are pieces I adore and wear very often. He totaly knows who he is buying for which is very flattering.
Found a guy locally selling a solid rack with pulleys, bars, olympic DBs, 400lbs of weights and some other stuff. Saves me a bunch of $$. He is on the fence though. Says he wants to use the stuff but is “too lazy”. Yay for lazy.
