I’ve been a long time reader of the site, and I love it, but I haven’t put any of the articles to use. I was a high school powerlifter until last April (2004), now a year later, I haven’t worked out since.
Stats:
Age: 19
Height: 6 ft. 2in.
Weight: 350 ish
Best Lifts: Squat: 535 lbs.
Bench: 265 lbs.
Deadlift: 555 lbs.
Total: 1355 lbs.
I am going to start working out tomorrow.
I need some advise for working out at home. I live with my grandmother on her some land she owns, so I can probably do some dragging.
Both Dan John and John Davies have articles on T-Nation regarding lifting and working with minimal equipment. Do a search through the archives.

Thanks, I’ll look them up later today.
Maxed today here are the results:
Deadlift: 315 lbs. 1 set x 10 reps
365 lbs. 1 x 8
405 lbs. 1 x 4
Bench: 135 lbs. 1 x 10
150 lbs. 1 x 7
I don’t have a training partner so I couldn’t do much on bench.
I think I am going to use the Total body Training program.
