i need an exercise focusing on my abs on my leg day, i have been doing leg raises with just a dumbbell between my feet, but this doesn’t really work as good when the weigh gets heavier.

Standing cable/rope crunches.
Weighted crunches. Hold a plate above you like you’re gonna bench it, then do crunches.
did cable crunches last workout, felt awesome
