I had a small but very painful hernia that was doubling in size every month. So 2 month of no moving, I could not do much due to the pain any way. And 1 month post op recovery and 3 month to get back to full gym stuff. All good now but waiting to have the hardware removed in my leg. So more forced rest to come.

1 hour Hot Yoga- I forgot how hard this was! My hips hate me!
My daughter came home from university and wanted to do hot yoga- I wanted to hang with her so this was my workout of choice.
I had a busy week ā¦TOOL concert on Monday which was incredible-recovery day Tuesday (lol) and Wed got my hair didā¦I had intended to do more, but I enjoyed my week, and at least got some sweat out today. I could not walk for 3 days after last workout so think I need to ease myself back in slower.

Does an hour at the trampoline park doing back flips count as a workout? Hope so because I certainly have sore muscles from it. Still finding it hard to make it to the gym, what do you guys do/think when you feel this way?
