My husbands hip flexors are too tight, too. He does massages and stretch therapy once a week and has helped

I have my dog food delivered by chewy. I hate going to get dog food cuz of all the animals that need homes are always out on display

My dog is a vegatarian! Special diet and food. He is not allowed protein :frowning: poor guy

Oh I know! Trust me! I wish I got more but I can’t seriously! I try and try, but I’m not sleepy or exhausted no matter what I do I can’t sleep. I take something to just get me that much. I don’t drink caffeinated anything so I laugh at pres I’d be so amped I probably would be lifting cars. I limit chocolate too.

We have them on a salmon grain diet

Technically mine is on chicken leg and what ever is on sale this week with a side of horse poop for fiber

My dogs are my kids! I don’t care if expensive

ask any or most farm dog: what is a yummy treat. I am sure that poopsicle have to be on there. Not that I really like him eating that.

Haha! I even brush mines teeth. Yeah, farm dogs do that, but mine are pampered rescue dogs

1x1-245 lbs! this was dirty, but I am VERY HAPPY!!!

It works, and have for many. But one have to stay the course over an extended period of time. As with all programs.
It’s not rocket science, it’s a very slow linear progression, with tweaks.

Oh no worries, I plan to stay on this for awhile. I like consistency, change is hard for me, and I have no issues sticking to something.
My ā€œtweakā€ might be a one rep week every 8/12 weeks, just cause…
After this week, I will de-load, and I have my numbers ready for cycle 3 already.
