I love Ian King’s material and was wandering if anyone else here would like to see a sequal to Ian’s 12 weeks of pain leg routine? The ‘Get Buffed’ routine’s lower body workout is almost identical to the limping series so i think it would be great if Testosterone would post a follow up 12 week leg routine. Maybe this one could have some great calve drills as well.
Who would like to see this as well??
I agree Damien… Let’s all annoy the living shit out of TC by emailing him relentlessly about it. What do you say? I’d also really like to see an article about the “control drills” he mentioned in “Get Buffed.”
Great idea! I’m currently on the second week of the third phase of Ian Kings program. I am constantly getting comments about how much bigger my legs have become. If I could tell other readers one thing about the program it would be to take those rest weeks that Ian recommends.
