Limping... you dont frickin say!

Geez louize, I just started Ian King’s Limping workout. Holy toughness Batman!!! I did get some wierd feeling behind my knees when doing the leg flexion exercises though. Can’t really put a finger on whether or not it was strain or pain. The weight wasn’t that tough but the feeling I got was quite uncomfortable. Insertion of the Hammies? I dunno, anyone else experience this? How long did it take to go away.

P.S. Ian wasn’t kidding when he said this would be a humbling experience. I felt like a little girl with the weight I was squatting at the end.
