C’mon Sky, you know how guys jacked out of their minds, who make everyone else look bad without even trying never want their photos taken. One thing I’ve learned from over a decade on this site, is that the people with the self proclaimed best physiques or lifts never seem to have cameras on hand… ever.

MG- all you need to do is provide a pic of your buddy to shut people up arguing whether he’s full of it, or perhaps you just made a minor miscalculation because most people aren’t capable of approximately bf levels by eye (no shame in that). Also, with all your statements lately, it’d also give you a modicum of credibility if you were indeed possessing a respectable physique.

Poor communication? You stated facts as if they self evidently prove something without explaining a conclusion.

Kinda like just publishing a scientific paper by sending in a load of results and a letter saying “Speaks for itself”

Shit just when PX promised to put many on ignore this doofus turns up like a Hydra

Conclusion: No naturals with 80 to 100 pounds of training induced muscle!

Conclusion: No natural, 225+#, 6% bodyfat holding, 5’7" man.

Conclusion: NO ONE with an advanced or elite-level bodybuilder’s (keyword: ADVANCED and ELITE) physique just from genetics and doing soe manual labor.

Hey man, I tried. If you wanna throw out claims and then get a little defensive when people ask for some sort of proof, that’s fine. No skin off my ass.

IMO, X did have some degree of credibility many years ago when there really weren’t many developed or accomplished folks on here, and all it took was a few photos of a relatively large man to impress people (and for the record, no one has ever said that he wasn’t a big dude). His own actions seem to have eaten away at whatever status he once held on this site (and this site only, which I’ve always found a bit odd, because I see a lot of the same people from here on other sites where some very knowledgeable folks would have a field day with some of the BS that gets talked here).

People make their own reputations and degrees of credibility, nothing I can do, or care to do about it.

So whats the limit then? Where is the point where you draw the line? Put a number to it.

As in, maximum bodyfat, weight and LBM for a sub 5 10 natural lifter.

The tension mounts…

Duck the post or answer? Choices choices…

You don’t give a rat’s ass about anything I have to say, and although I thought you were an OK guy who I simply disagreed with, I know longer think that. Again, if you think I’m wrong on evertyhing and get off on trying to insulting me, go on with yourself. Very respectful thing to do to denigrate my degree and profession.

Thanks!

I will have to agree with X on this one. I have known a couple guys that worked on offshore oil rigs that didn’t train but were very impressive built. However even though they didn’t train when your job consist of heavy farmers walks, deadlifts, and other heavy manual labor for 84 hours a week 2 weeks outta the month then you can say that they may be working out harder than a lot of desk jockey gym rats.[/quote]

I know many who just play basketball. That is why I laughed at the “number limits” that were made before.

i am only guessing these guys don’t get out much. they aren’t my size, but I know many who put a lot of guy here to shame when they don’t even lift regularly.

pics of really built guys who got that size just from basketball?

Yeah, or just existing. Guys with elite level bodybuilder size with no bodybuilding. Awesome!

Does anyone here WATCH pro basketball?!

Well I step out for two days to put sprinklers in my yard and the usual continues…Professor X Jr. (MassiveLulz) continues to throw up smoke screens to escape his retarded statement…without success.

Ahhhhhhh smells good in here.

I want those Dwight Howard shoulders

lots of volume for side delts helped make a pretty big difference a few months ago, I’m going to go back to that again

Obviously all the big muscular lean brothers decided making anything of their ability was stupid and let the more lanky skinny guys go pro in their place; they prefer that blacktop court to a college degree and millions of dollars.

You are assuming that the guys with the best genetics would CHOOSE the NBA!
Not everyone with the best genetics chooses that path.
Some want to just play at Rucker Park and be street legends while in poverty.
Some here seem to not understand this.
