I will have to agree with X on this one. I have known a couple guys that worked on offshore oil rigs that didn’t train but were very impressive built. I know many who just play basketball. That is why I laughed at the “number limits” that were made before.

i am only guessing these guys don’t get out much. they aren’t my size, but I know many who put a lot of guy here to shame when they don’t even lift regularly.

My dad had a guy that worked under him a while back that was about your size maybe a little taller that picked up a 55 gal full oil drum and walked it across a room but couldn’t stack it. Said he only did the one and started rolling them but that’s nearly 500 lbs.
When I mentioned things like this before, it got attacked with the usual nonsense.

Bottom line, the witch hunts don’t even make sense anymore.

If anyone thinks the average guy here has even “good average” genetics than they are off. I know too many guys in Houston alone who make most here look like newbs to believe in some of these “limits” being shouted lately.

That doesn’t mean I have to believe in the specific person massive guns is speaking of.

I just have enough life experience to know that saying some of these things are IMPOSSIBLE is as shortsighted as you can get.
Generally people attracted to bodybuilding ain’t that big or blessed in the genetics department to begin with. Kind of skews bricks sample set a bit for his extensive experience, but hey who gives a fuck, certainly not him!
I know right: people like Flex Wheeler, Dorian Yates, Lee Haney, Lee Priest, and Mike Francois have ordinary genetics!

Great post as always!

MG, when’s the last time you walked around Times Square during holidays or any other prime tourist season?

Last time I checked, “generally” was in the American English dictionary. Care to look it up? The vast majority of people attracted to bodybuilding are the type of people reading this site. And your sample set was for natural trainees remember? Your endless list of of clients etc. those are the people you are using to supposedly support your argument, when they are the exact opposite of the genetically gifted among us. Not representative and skewed to shite.

Next time I work out I’m gonna wear a kimono and listen to “your the best” from karate kid.

I disagree. Most on this site are far from body builders.

Heres a point for ya’ll, how do you guys know all those natural bodybuilders aren’t on the juice? Couldn’t they be lying too??

But wait they test for it don’t they. If you weigh over 220 pounds at under six foot then you’re juiced. Clever man, maths is great.
UnconfirmedMassiveGuns,
You know that is not what anyone has said.
Getting to a bodyweight 220 pounds while being less than six feet tall does not mean you ate on juice.
I know you are just attmpting to troll for the “lulz” but you’re just talking the piss right now.
220 pounds under six feet =/= 5’7 225 pounds at 6% bodyfat year round as a Natural
Picture guide for 6%
AllegedlyMassiveGuns, did you miss this post?
This thread is moving rather quickly so I think it was missed.

I was confused about the eating on juice part.

Well, obviously juice increases your appetite lol
Edited for clarity.

Ok that makes more sense. So being 220 at under six feet tall and at a higher bf percentage is allowable without juice in your book. At what bodyfat percentage? I’m clear you think 6 % is too low so what do you think is possible and why?

OK, MG, because you like to speak generally, I ask: Where do genetically gifted people gravitate?
MassiveGuns wrote:

God I love how people make shit up about me on this site.

Who said I have an endless list of bodybuilding clients?

I deal with regular people in my job. Bodybuilders aren’t the norm of various health/medical clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals. You know, they’re called “patients” and “residents”. I am however starting to deal with people in fitness in my spare time.

And let’s not forget that many genetically gifted people CAN’T make it in the entertainment, modeling, fashion, and sports industries because:

 1. there’s a limited amount of spots
 2. they didn’t get lucky or “discovered”
 3. they lack the proper resources or backing
 4. or–get this–they’re stupid or stinking lazy (like many bodybuilders).

Jesus titty fucking christ - am I correct here? This fucking retard is 45 years old?! I thought he was some 16 year old dipshit.

How fucking embarrassing for a grown man to be this impossibly stupid. Massive Guns - lol, more like Massive Fucktard!

LMAO…Brick stop wasting your time with the special needs kids, would you please?!

And this asshole continues running his sewer and has not a single picture of himself, or his mythical outlier friend?

ROTFLMFAO - holy shit, I weep for the human race.

C’mon Sky, you know how guys jacked out of their minds, who make everyone else look bad without even trying never want their photos taken. One thing I’ve learned from over a decade on this site, is that the people with the self proclaimed best physiques or lifts never seem to have cameras on hand… ever.

MG- all you need to do is provide a pic of your buddy to shut people up arguing whether he’s full of it, or perhaps you just made a minor miscalculation because most people aren’t capable of approximately bf levels by eye (no shame in that). Also, with all your statements lately, it’d also give you a modicum of credibility if you were indeed possessing a respectable physique.

Doesn’t that mean that Prof X gets a shitload of credibility, because he has reached an extreme level of development?

Is anyone else completely sick of these examples of men with SERIOUS, HARDCORE bodybuilder physiques… WHO DON’T LIFT!

Seriously, I live in a city of 8 million people and I’ve yet to fucking see any of these people!

And where are all these jacked doctors? I’ve been working in healthcare for a decade and I’ve yet to see more than two jacked doctors out of the hundreds I’ve seen or worked with!
Just go to a tire yard. Not everyone ends up in the weight room doing goblet squats and snatch grip deads. Fuck I knew people at school who were massive and didn’t lift.

City of 8 million? Great sample size and demographic. Accurate logical reasoning is your forte I see.

Great post!
Hey Brick, maybe you should stop sitting around counting your degrees and successful clients/years of experience and move to one of the 13 cities which have populations greater than the 8 million bracket. Get a little work ethic man!

/sarcasm.
Not really. And I have no idea.

You’re just butthurt because your IQ is less than your bodyweight in kilos. Some people can take being wrong without acting like children. You might learn something from them.
