What’s left to speak of?

And Mr Saiyan, I wasn’t really calling you a cock. That was an attempt at humour. Just so you know I was being nice.

You’ve got a ton of posts of mine you didn’t answer with anything coherent so I find it quite amusing you’re the first to post this.

What is most coherent are examples I posted. No words necessary, except their stats.

So whats the magic number then? You won’t answer me will you?

I’d highly recommend a meme thread guys

there is no specific # limit because of nature and nurture lol. There’s going to be a huge variance between people and there will be outliers

there are general limits that we can make educated guesses at - these aren’t going to be exact in any ways, but we can use enough examples of people who train and diet their ass off to make this a useful general #.

To me the general limits have been useful in:
-getting me out of dreamer bulk mode
-looking more realistically if going to the “darkside” is going to be necessary or not given my goals

" Get big as a house, then get ripped to shreds. Trouble is, too many guys get stuck in the fat bastard stage."

I just copied that from the daily article. When we click on the article button there are about 3 lines written to get people to read it.

Congrats to DD for making the second step !

He broke the Limit that bigger is always better.

Stop arguing for your limitations.
End this thread.

It serves no purpose.

And don’t give me some learning for learning’s sake BS. This topic doesn’t teach anything useful.
Even if it was humanly impossible to reach 300lbs, you should train for 310.
That’s the point of existing as a species, to constantly improve, evolve, and expand the boundaries of possibility.

I think this sums it up beautifully. I think it should also be mentioned that population genetics are not static; they are always in a state of flux. We may decide to breed a race of super lifters 1000 years down the road…

This may not be relevant to the present, but it’s definitely a reason why we shouldn’t necessarily impose a specific limit as a catch-all.

Please just let this die…

Might as well learn some calculus while you guys bicker.

Magic number of what? I’ve said a hundred times on this board, I believe a natural can gain 40 to 50 pounds of muscle, and if everything goes reasonably well, as planned, this can be done in 5 to 7 years (I leave room for life stressors and imperfections that interfere for most).

Right, so what is the magic combination of lean bodymass and fat at a particular height that which you cross over the line then you are automatically a steroid user. You’d be better off drawing a table.

5 10 200lb 8%
5 09 195lb 8%

Of course it means that the normal starting bodyweight and lean bodymass for every single male on the planet has to be 50lb below these numbers…

Which means everyone 5 10 has to weigh 150lbs at 8% bodyfat with no deviation, or very little. They can weight more if fatter.

Ever seen someone at 5 10, 200lb and 8% who never lifted a weight in their life? Think they don’t exist?
