Starting tomorrow, I’ll have access to a gym two times a day, once in morning and again in the afternoon. I did an article search and only found one twice a day program called “Double trouble Hypertrophy”

For anyone who’s tried this program before what results did you get from it?(the article disscusion doesn’t go in depth with this.) Also what other twice a day programs, if any,would you recommend?? Any help would be appreciated!!
