Update:
Yep, another kamikaze leg day. Took me about 10 minutes before I could get up my stairs, but no chunks.
You’re just not hardcore Tiribulus.
I used to train a guy who was a competitive b’builder back in the 80s.
Every session he’d spew.
Eventually I realised that psychologically he felt he had to spew to do a good session, so I’d just make him do lunges or squats until it happened so we could move on and get the most out of the rest of the session.
He was an interesting soul…
I tried
Drop sets. Probably not on squats, but leg press.
drop set till you cant go anymore, than have someone help for a bit longer. Seen it done that other day.
Well, puking aside…I’ve come to realize that although I’m making gains…I’m stronger and such…my intensity needs to be ramped up! Next time I lift I want to get angry and attack the lift with all my intensity. I don’t feel like I’ve been goings balls to the wall!

I haven’t blown in 10 years. I’m only 22. That’s how hardcore I am.
Tabata Bears should do it if anything will. I wouldn’t recommend vomiting as a training goal though.
In case you don’t know, A Bear complex is:
Power clean from the floor
Front squat
Push press
Back squat
BTN push press
Set the bar down
Tabata means you do as many reps as you can in 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then repeat 7 more times. Fun stuff.
