I got one of the tens too, the 3000 it was only 50$ I think, but not much more. The pads wear out quick, but i use gray tape to hold them down.
I used it after my leg injury thing, but have hooked it up on hubs back, it works great!
Thanks GV…I like to ss Face Pulls with any pushing exercise, kinda like an antagonist approach
Hey Up thanks! Mine should be coming soon, I asked for the super deluxe model Im happy my insurance accepts it!
L2G - whats up brother I see your killing it congrats. You already got me in DL and Squat, but Im game for a little friendly competition. Still working through my injury but once I am back to normal I still hope to hit those goals and beyond.
Dave - Thanks man! I think for all our purposes a TENs unit might be helpful to have on hand. There really not that expensive (from what I saw 75 - 200) even if your ins doesnt cover it.
Hope you like the Svend presses they really fry my shoulders and chest at the end of upper body work and I think the movement will feel good and cause you no pain. I learned about them through Crippler56.
Low Stress and Intensity day, wanted to keep my legs fresh for tomorrow as I will be squatting with a friend who is an excellent squatter and will force me to try and save face somewhat lol.
DB Flys SS CS DB Row - 25,30,50,50 x 10 - 20 / 70x2x15 80x2x15
Banded Land Mine Press SS Chins - 2x20 SS / 2x8
Klokov Press - Bar x 20 65x20
BB Shrugs SS DB Laterals - 315x10 405x2x10 / 30x2x20 35x2x20
Chins - 3x8
Attempted to OH press with 135…aint happening…all chest and shoulder stuff is going to be of the light , high rep variety, I do not want to reaggravate this injury
EDIT - forgot about the Svend Presses I did them today and was a fan
up to two 25 plates for 10 reps straight out and 10 reps up.
Did you try using 10 lbs plates for Svend presses? I think the 10s allow for better range of motion and the challenge may be tougher squeezing all those plates together and maintaining the hold for all the reps. Glad you like them. Maybe I’ll try two 25s with a 5 lbs plate between them just for kicks but I haven’t tried 5-10 lbs plates yet. There’s just no end to plate fun.
The Svend presses were great and comes at a perfect time GV. I need to be able to stimulate my chest / shoulders w/o going heavy, this is perfect. The two 25lb plates were MUCH easier then the 3 dimes. I can see how this would be a great for strongman and even MMA training as well. I saw vids on it and saw how it had a carryover to atlas stones. Thanks again for these.
Today…
Pause Squats - up to 335x3 - these were very tough, didnt eat enough, not mentally in it today, no sleep
Flat Bench - meh
Cable Flys - A lot
Face Pulls - 95x4x15 120x15
1 arm Tbars - up to 3 quarters x 15
Taking off until sunday…gonna be playing with my TENs unit and looking for other more “fun” uses for my inverse table…if you catch my drift lol.

BTW - I wanted to jump in on the electric stimulus but I didn’t have a picture. I picked up one of these to help with the lower back after deadlift and squat days. It works like a champ.

Really good high pulls man. Regarding the squats, we all have those days.

I used that line on a girl once, but the follow up conversation didn’t go quite as planned… Damn you Jack Daniels and your bad decisions!
