Thanks Tech I appreciate it. A feel a bit better, but it seems as if just rest is not the only thing I am going to need.

Well Im back and hit the gym straight from the airport, lol had crazy lifting withdrawal. I feel like the rest did some good, but there is still zero strength and plenty of discomfort in the arm, neck and tris. Still pins and needles in the fingers albeit not as bad as last week.

I should get plenty of answers this week…more scans on Monday.

Squats up to 350x3, @8RPE, felt heavy understandable since I haven’t squatted in 8 days.
Pendlays up to 245x5, felt like 500 pounds
Facepulls 95x3x20
Bro Curls a ton x a ton
Row Machine - 4 rounds of 250 meters

Tried deads today, my right arm was overcompensating for the left, as the bar kept coming up unevenly. I may have to drop deads until this situation is rectified. I worked up to 425 for 3 and stopped.
