I think it has come to the point of a full deload. Its been about 22 weeks (including a meet) and I am physically and mentally beat to shit. I need a re-charge, my lifts have meandered my aches and pains are increasing and mentally Im in a fog. I feel like I am looking like shit too. I am known to sweat alot while training but today I went through 3 shirts. My headaches since the meet hasnt stopped (MRI this Friday open this time).
Basically I am fried. I’m not enjoying anything right now, especially training.
