Hey Tech, Im doing well. Thanks. I am waiting on the squat vids from a friend. Bench is something that is very mental for me, I am gonna go to a gym next week that has the same forza bench that I used at the meet to see if it was mechanical or mental.

Worked up to 275x5 dropped to 250x5 - Back was barking, I actually had hoped for 315x5, put the plates on the bar did one rep and thought better of it.

Good job on the meet and don’t worry about the bench. I had a horrible bench experience two meets back and came back to add 35 lbs to my best effort 5 months later I was so geared up. You’ll do great.
