Lifting and Fighting

Hey, this is my first ever log on here. I’m not quite sure why I’m posting my log but maybe this will be fun. Background info: I’m a fighter, I have done dozens of karate and jujitsu tournaments. I’m looking to get into amateur mma this summer after school. I’m 6’0 and 22 years old. I’m currently training to build my strength up.

I’m doing Wendler’s 5/3/1 two days a week, Mon/Wed. This lesser amount of volume is good for me because I train standup on Tues/Thurs, Jujitsu Wed/Fri, and comprehensive stuff on Sat. Also I will do moderate cardio on various days based on how I feel.

Current Stats:
Weight: 188 lbs
Front Squat: 215 lbs
Deadlift: 325 lbs
Bench Press:235 lbs
Military Press: 150 lbs

Front Squat: 5x125, 5x145, 9x165
DB RDL: 4x10x60’s
Leg Press: 4x10x185 (idk weight of the sled, used 1-45 plate and 1-25 plate. 185 on a bb)
Abs (forget what its called): 2x30"

Missed my second day of training for the week. No excuses.

Today I have a Muay Thai class from 10-11, then BJJ following from 11-12:30. Time to do some work!

Sounds like a tuff schedule? Do you have a big diet to combat all those days of training?
