paleassse. I’m over 6’ and growing like a weed. My numbers are rising like a bean stalk. Being tall does not make anything harder. Tall and short people have there advantages and disadvantageuous it all meets equilibream.
Indeed. The only thing is that being taller means adding 5 lbs across more surface area does not show as easily. So adding 1’’ to your 6’4’’ frame on your biceps is a bit more difficult than on a 5’4’’ frame, but you’ll still pack on weight.
I am 6’1, and have never had a problem with my height affecting my lifts. I only have problems with squats, and that is a flexibility-related issue, not a height one, and can easily be worked around. I really don’t believe that tall people have to work any harder to get stronger. It is more a proportion thing, as has been mentioned.
But hey, a 6’5 mountain just looks much more impressive than a shorter guy of the same build.
and this was the funniest thing that I have read all day.

The only real disadvantage I can think of for being tall is having to piss carefully to not miss the toilet so far below you. lol
My dick hangs so low it’s almost in the toilet, not sure what you’re talking about?
Stop pissing in the sink.
I’m 6ft 5" and yes its a BALLS being this tall.
my brother is 6ft 2" so it runs in the family
At 228lbs i still look really thin i look ok with no clothes on but with clothes on i still look just like a normal dude.
i think i need to get to 280-300 before i start looking like a monster RAWR !
Haha, I don’t even see how there’s a debate going on here. All the original poster said was that is is more difficult for taller people to bodybuild. Everyone knows this.
Can tall people be bodybuilders? Yes
Will they need more muscle mass than shorter people? Yes
Do I enjoy talking with question talking? Perhaps

For all lifters that are 6’2 and under,u shouldnt have much problems with filling out and looking big. Its when the really tall people 6’3 and up cant have a bastard of a time looking massive, even if they do weigh 270 pounds.
I have one friend that is 6’9 260 and he just looks like a really fit skinny lanky guy.
Lebron James is 6’9 260 (or 6’8 250, depending on the website) and he doesn’t look close to skinny…
Not arguing at all, I totally agree with you, just curious how on earth your friend at 6’9 260 looks skinny and lanky, lol
Problem is my friend has shoulders like a brown snake so that makes him look skinnier.Lebron james has massive shoulders which make him look huge.
Maybe i shouldnt have used the word “skinnier” …just should have stuck with lanky. Even guys like Nathan jones and Undertaker from WWE are lanky becasue they are so tall 6"10 plus.Doesnt help them that they may be 300 pounds + thats just the way it is.

Chances are Lebron’s height and weight stats are not accurate. Most NBA players program height listings are padded, i.e. when Howard Stern was on Magic Johnson’s talk show they were the same height despite Magic being listed as 6’9" and Howard being 6’5".
Shaq has even said in interviews that he is “only” 6’10". Basketball players are not the only athletes guilty of this. When Arnold S. was interviewed by Howie Long 6’5", Long was at least 6-8" taller than him.
Very good point. Don’t Bodybuilders do this too, though? Arnold says his height is 6’2… definitely isn’t

Hard to tell.
Arnold in pumping iron looked every bit of 6’2.If Arnold really is under 6 feet like so many people say then Franco must be 4 feet 6. But ive seen Arnold in some movies and red carpets where he looks 5’10 at best.
Maybe he is just shrinking with old age?
Id have to meet the man to get any idea of how tall he was.

I’m positive he’s 6’2", no doubt in my mind. Just the way his body is long legs torso he’s definately over 6’. He looks everybit of it.
