No, I haven’t…He is on a new MOVIE???

What is it called? Can you post me a link or a picture?

That will be a shame about the weight…really…he is 6’2’’ a TOWER of Muscleawesomeness…( I’m a mere 5’7" )

Do you guys think he would develop well if he worked out like a bodybuilder? I understand he comes from a wrestling background.

I agree with Emperial China but I don’t really care if he has a line in a movie as long as they keep him in “action” with that body!
…but then again that’s my vagina talking!

That dude shrinks more and more with every movie. Soon, he’ll just be skinny.

How can you tell. He is wearing such baggy clothes…did you check his calves…still big, no?

I am beggining to worry.

Is there a strange phenomena going on because just yesterday at my gym, this big excellent bodybuilder ( been trainning for 21 years, perfect symetry, mass, definition, and maintains 4% body fat all year around ) told me when I asked for a tip to hold my grip - he used to deadlift but he doesn’t do it anymore because it makes his hips huge and he wants to be more streamlined.

Is this common?

This guy maintains 4% all year? Wouldn’t that kill you eventually?

Everytime i see your name i know I’m going to read something stupid. I dont mean to insult, but maybe you should offer something more than just sexual innuendo. Sounds like you’re on myspace or something.

Because he looks like the little brother of the guy who played The Scorpion King.

No offense taken.
You didn’t insult me, you judged me. The insult is on yourself.

I am here to learn and many men and boys have been very patient and kind and fun loving with me in my ignorance. My “stupidity” in such case is a natural stage and as such bothers me not in the least.

As for what I have had to offer, my contributions to this website cannot be measured by yourself alone and yet, you are welcome and entitled to your opinion.

The afore mentioned gentleman gave me the information of 4% body fat. He trains 6 to 7 days a week and is one of the most intense men I have ever met. He uses ecstasy and cocaine. Is that going to kill him eventually? That is not my problem neither is it yours.

As for the sexual nature and context of my posts I am merely a female reflexion of the very males who visit this website.
Their sexual explicits towards women are perceived as a contribution to my feminity and I welcome them as such.

Nice to meet you, baretta. I have never seen your name. This is the first time.

Intelligence can be measured in so many ways. I find Alpha F very intelligent in the game of life. She knows how to read people. From my understanding, that can be one of the most useful forms of intelligence. Anyways, I look foward to reading more of her posts. Try to look at things from others angles and you get a whole new perspective.

As far as staying at 4% BF killing you…

4%, I dunno. How can you tell? I’ve yet to one pic of him holding a shoe or any other kind of footwear. He must by lying.

most competitive bodybuilders can only hold 5 or 6% for a few hours because they are so weak from dehydration.

3 and 4% are almost a cadaver… don’t believe that bullshit!

rock is on the cover of men’s health and he looks like shit (compared to his former self, i would still take it)

Excuse my ignorance but what is it about the shoe? What does it mean this “holding the shoe” and body fat%? Is it a joke or is it serious?

Maybe he was just trying to impress me, specially knowing I just started trainning and wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Visually all I see is hardness and vascularity.

But wouldn’t the cocaine use help keep someone “dry”? Also the background is native american indian, wouldn’t a genetic predisposision aid someone in maintaining low leves of fat%?

____[/quote]

I agree with you.
He looks like an avarage man.
Almost as if he compromised his size to please the market and be in demand.
There is a fitness model at my gym who told me he likes to lift heavy but he can’t get “too big” since it is not good for his career.

Maybe Levrone is going to shrink too, eventually.
