Levrone is Back!

Looks like Levrone is off to a good start. Here is a quote from his blog:

4 pounds gained in a few days. Hard to believe just from one workout and upping calories, and getting a 24-hour stomach thing. Itâ??s muscle memory, the calorie jump and a lot of rest. My system was empty when I stepped on the scale this morning so I believe my gain is lean.

Some more words from Levrone:

Iâ??m doing this steroid free. Iâ??m coming from a low weight and I havenâ??t trained with free weights in over four years. The muscle memory and the fact that Iâ??ll be ramping up my calories from 1,500 a day to 3,000 a day is why I believe Iâ??m able to do 5 lbs a week. Iâ??m going to do this safely and Iâ??ll be telling you what Iâ??m eating and what supplements I take, if any.

Dude, weren’t you told not to post again???

Levrone was the man back in the day.but we’ll have to see about this.

I always said that if anyone from the 90’s can make a comeback, it’d be Levrone. No one else had the ability to diet up in weight as a contest approached. The fact the he claims he won’t be using any AAS this time,… well, that will be an interesting factor to consider.

He’s not shooting for his old contest shape…

Said he’ll be happy with benching 400 (I guess for reps) rather than 500 for reps, so that’s the kind of size he’ll be going for.

400 for reps natural is perfectly possible (would be a rather sad world for drug-free bodybuilders of average and above average height if it weren’t possible lol), and he has muscle-memory on his side.

Others can diet up to contests, too (maybe not to the extent that he can, dunno)… They just prefer to work on getting bigger and bigger in the off-season instead of getting into roughly the same shape plus/minus a few lbs over and over again.

His back in particular could have used more heavy deadlifting or rack pulling in the off-season and more width…

I have one of his dvds and he said he had a lot of lower back problems at on point, which affected his rows etc. I think its also why u usually see him benching with a belt in videos.

I think Franco Columbu was another that bulked up to a contest, but not to the same extent as Levrone, apart from him I dont know any others that did

If nobody mentioned this yet, this is a typical Levrone thing. The guy would just stop training after a contest and go party and pig out all year until 2-3months out from the next one.

Well, obviously he’s not going for contest shape, but for a regular guy,… even if he hits 220’s, maybe 230’s,… that’s a lot of size on someone of average height. I saw Yates a few weekends ago, and while I can’t say for certain that he’s not on ‘anything’, I’ll assume he’s not and point out that he’s easily 230 lbs.

You’re posting too much on this thread, Stu. Looks like deep down you’re tempted to see what happens if you get back to your old weight? ouch

Lol, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t think about it!

He has a pencil neck. Looks like he is wasting away from AIDS.

Bad troll
And your name dude, seriously? like… really?

The one thing I don’t get with Levrone is how his skin can take it. Okay, so maybe he has genetics to build skin super fast too, but how do you lose so much weight in such a short period of time and look just fine?

Day 3: Back and biceps

No I’m not a troll, I just don’t post on this board much. People see the word Aryan and make false assumptions due to their public school education, so no big deal. These are the same people who call blacks “African American”. So I ask what do you call a black in China, or Russia, or Europe, or better yet what to you call a white guy born and raised in Africa and moves to America? Wouldn’t he be "African-American?

Here is the definition: Aryan is an English word derived from the Sanskrit “Ã?rya” meaning “noble” or “honorable”.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aryan. Thus my name means Noble Empire. Now you know, “dude” serious like…really.

Before the haters start, please don’t even embarrass yourself. Remember, it is better to be quiet and thought of as a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Someone here mentioned getting stretch marks from gaining so fast. I have seen pics of him where he already does have a lot of stretch marks from before. BTW, I like Levrone’s build and personality. Does anybody know why he would completely quit lifting for 4 years? He must have a very secure ego, to go from swole to where he is now. Now back to my original post, he does have a pencil neck, was he injured or ill, does anyone know?

Is that when you got the pic with him? Cool pic, I would frame that one. I’ve been a fan since “Blood and Guts” came out. I’d like to look like he does in that pic. He doesn’t look to be on steroids. He wouldn’t need to be to look like that, unless it is a small HRT dose.

Wow this is amazing. Will definitely be following closely.

Kiyoshi moody or whatever his name was does, too, for example.

He has ridiculous good genetics. Did you see how good his arms were? His blog said that he was already back to 18 inches.

I guess the few people alive who still debate whether muscle memory exists or not are about to be silenced for good.

His Triceps overshadow his Biceps astronomically looks sick
