Levrone is Back!

He finally trained traps. By this time next week he will have monster traps haha. I’m suprised he was doing sled pulls, he is traning outside of the norm (BB wise).

Well, he’s been huge before (many times)… He can pretty much do some random stuff at the gym and mix and match shit even though he originally didn’t train that way to get huge for the first time.

One of the nice things about regaining (and having the muscle-memory of the incredible hulk lol).

Did anyone else comment on a company name?
Haha, yeah. One of my suggestions was based on a certain video GrowingBoy likes to… post, among other stuff I’m sure.

LOL. Sort of wish I had suggested a name that played on The Incredible Hulk now.

I think he is up to something, don’t you?

: )

In my opinion, yes. But I will believe the drug test so I will bite my words if I am wrong.

Did anyone else comment on a company name? It would be really nice to get a chance to talk with Levrone, the free supps don’t really intrigue me…I’ll still take them tho :)
I knew it had some kind of NO product.
I wanted to give a name but I would want more than a just personal phone call from him.

just saying

: D

Assume he cheated with like injectable methoxyisoflavones ( I read it’s been used to add muscle on animals, which he is one ) - would that show up in tests?
Does anyone know?
What about EPO, like Marion Jones, doesn’t that clear fast from the system?

I love him regardless and don’t care if he sells his sweat in vials - I would inject it.
It has been a pleasure to see him in action gain.

sorry mister levrone, i dont give a fuck about conditioning or flexibility right now, it’s hard enough as is to gain weight. i’ve gained about 20 pounds since last year, which means im at a rate of ~1/2 a pound gained per week.

but maybe if i could add a plate to my bench press every week i would care.

And that’s why Kilgore has been on my ignore list for a while now, with Stringer and Headhunter…still think Kilgore and Stringer are the same person, same poor grammar, same comebacks about your inability to comprehend what they are saying.

stringer does not exhibit poor grammar. examples please!

stringer and kilgore are not the same person.

Talking about yourself in the 3rd person is really weird.

HAHA, funny, he still exists, and still can’t use capitals. So pleased I’m using the ignore feature.

I loved that 6th rep, struggling is awesome.

“That’s some hardcore cardio right there!”

He’s good at the one liners, definately worth following. Lots of positive attitude, entertainment and all round interesting stuff to see.

On the topic of muscle memory in general, was anybody else expecting Bartl to absolutely blow up based on his previous lifts? Given, it was a much longer interval for him than with Levrone, but I was hoping for muscle memory to really help him out. Differing training methods aside, I don’t think it did.

Sorry, I do not understand the muscle memory thing with Bartl. I thought he lost weight and got into better shape? I know he is more of an athlete now doing triathlons, but I never thought he had much muscle based no his pics, so to gain back (muscle memory)???

He made some very impressive claims regarding his past lifting achievements. I believe he said that he set his college’s record for the bench press among other things.

Oh I see, thanks. Did Bartl ever post pics of when he was younger and setting records with his lifting? Just curious to see if it was reflected on his physique at that time.

Sorry for the hijack of thread.

Training style (low reps almost all the time or med-high?) and such matter a lot.

There are guys in the 181lb class in powerlifting who can out-squat me with ease (I think, I don’t recall the exact class) while weighing 100+ lb less… And I’m not just talking about very very short guys as such, but people who simply don’t have nearly the same thickness in their legs…

Yes, strength is very damn important if you want to get big, but it’s not really the 1RM that’s the main factor as such… It’s how you got there (in a PL’ers case, what did the assistance work look like? etc).

Also, “potentially” being able to do a widowmaker with 405 based on how much you can squat for 1 rep doesn’t make you big. You have to actually do that widowmaker.

(Hope this made sense)

Starting to really resemble his previous shape (not size-wise, but yeah… Shape-wise lol)

Shoulders finally acquiring that round look, they seemed surprisingly lagging (considering that we’re talking about Levrone here) during the previous weeks compared to how fast his tris etc filled out.

OK…NOW he’s back.

I gained quite a modest amount of visible muscle in just 7 months of getting back into the iron game. Muscle memory isn’t a fad.

and GOD DAMN levrone is a fuckin genetic freak!!! Just look how much LBM he gained in such a short period of time DAMN!!!

If we was to hit those poses again it would a whole new game.
