Levrone is Back!

These poses? =p

Also, whoever made the joke about traps is looking pretty prophetic(not a shocker, but ya). Throws shrugs in for a day and they climb up his neck.

Starting to really resemble his previous shape (not size-wise, but yeah… Shape-wise lol)

Shoulders finally acquiring that round look, they seemed surprisingly lagging (considering that we’re talking about Levrone here) during the previous weeks compared to how fast his tris etc filled out.

I thought that too, in week 1 his trademark bodyparts just didn’t pop out at ya

Goes to show even the Genetic Elite don’t look like that naturally if proof be needed and they are just more ‘easy responders’

No offense, but very few people have ever had huge muscles with NO training at all to build them. That means your “naturally” comment is a bit off. NO ONE looks like they are bodybuilders without some type of training ti build those muscles up. Decent genetics imply being a “rapid responder” to exercise. They don’t mean you were already big from womb.

Lastly, he dropped that muscle ON PURPOSE. He didn’t just accidentally get that small by just not training. That is why his overall caloric intake is so low. He quit eating like he used to.

None taken

Fair comment, I should’ve worded what I meant better and considering I knew he dropped down a while back to do movie roles

I think I was just trying to say for those reading this that whilst the pro’s have superior genetics, they still have to work damn hard to make the results they do [even if it does take them a shorter time]

& I was commenting more on his tricep/shoulder development

in his week 1 picture his shoulders and triceps are balanced with the rest of him

however now in week 6, whilst he has gained size overall he has his trademark bodyparts again [albeit a small version, but you can see he has awesome tri’s]

that’s pretty much what I found interesting was that, I’ve always been blown away by how massive his triceps were and I just thought he’d have big triceps regardless of his bodyweight

He made some very impressive claims regarding his past lifting achievements. I believe he said that he set his college’s record for the bench press among other things.

Oh I see, thanks. Did Bartl ever post pics of when he was younger and setting records with his lifting? Just curious to see if it was reflected on his physique at that time.

Sorry for the hijack of thread.

Training style (low reps almost all the time or med-high?) and such matter a lot.

There are guys in the 181lb class in powerlifting who can out-squat me with ease (I think, I don’t recall the exact class) while weighing 100+ lb less… And I’m not just talking about very very short guys as such, but people who simply don’t have nearly the same thickness in their legs…

Yes, strength is very damn important if you want to get big, but it’s not really the 1RM that’s the main factor as such… It’s how you got there (in a PL’ers case, what did the assistance work look like? etc).

Also, “potentially” being able to do a widowmaker with 405 based on how much you can squat for 1 rep doesn’t make you big. You have to actually do that widowmaker.

(Hope this made sense)

I think so…

But more than any gains sizewise I really expected his strength levels to skyrocket. He was taking in a lot of food (albeit calorie restricted…I think?) with Biotest supps up the wazoo – I was really hoping to see the guy regain his previous “records.” Maybe the original records weren’t all that impressive to begin with but I imagined being one of the strongest guys on the football team to fall somewhere in a mid 3s bench with a 4+ squat (he never mentioned really training DLs).

Also I don’t think we’re hijacking, the whole premise of the LevroneReport is making the most out of muscle memory… and please please please not making the most out of a “revolutionary” NO supplement.

Finger man is a jack show…

I don’t know how Levrone even eats that mystery food out of those little bags haha. And were those bandaids on fingermans forehead? T-Nation should really look into fingerman…he could advise them on a whole new line of supplements

Maybe that is Levrone’s nutrition guru and that is his secret formula. Hand crafted in fingermans dungeon. That video gave me a good laugh, even Levrone couldn’t hold a smirk back at points haha.

What’s everyone’s take on this raw food deal? In particular, the raw meat. I’ve heard from a few different places now about the benefits of eating steak raw. Personally, the furthest I’ve gone is raw eggs. Cooking it obviously doesn’t guarantee you won’t get food poisoning as I’ve gotten it from eating locally cooked food in Afghanistan.

And does anyone else get weirded out by that finger man?

That finger man video was definitely the hardest I’ve laughed in a long time. Just watching Kevin take advice from a guy half his size with no real muscle on his body is so… wrong. And the looks he gives the camera are priceless. I don’t know how he kept a straight face when finger man was talking about 4,000 raw eggs in 15 years. That is some funny shit

That finger man guy really holds himself in a high light. Or at least he comes across that way. All 140lbs of him.

That look he gave the camera around 3.20 was priceless…

Haha, when he smelt the cottage cheese looked like he was going to spew…LOL

This was funny shit! This guy is all about “amino acids”…

Yeah thats great, im all about amino acids too, but i like getting in about 350-400g protein a day aswel

Also, notice the tiny amount that he thought was appropriate for the “shake.”

For which I’m sure Levrone was thankful.

Also seemed like the bee pollen stuck to the bottom of the cup.

For which Levrone also probably was thankful.

I don’t think you could pay me enough to try that shit!

Kevin did defend the finger man on youtube noting the very different goals and that it wasnt a joke - check out levrone2000’s comment about 3 pages into the comments on the finger man part 1.

Also a writer for Flex (the ironage site guy) who is friendly with Kevin says that while he is hopeful that there would be commercial opportunities he also really missed the training and is doing this naturally relying on his genetics.

Doubters should note how huge he was in training clips of the past.

Just to prove that even when he was younger and into competition he was still an entertaining guy you can look at ‘flex magazine workout’ vids on youtube. The ones with him and shawn ray are pretty funny in parts.

damn imagine in another few months. homie is back at it, you can lose the size/strength/eating habits of a hardcore bodybuilder, but you can’t lose the hardcore bodybuilder in a person

Drug test is done…we will see the results in a couple weeks.
