I’d like to do the Leviathan template with the 5x5 FSL supplemental work for a powerlifting meet I’m planning to compete in this summer. For the leader template, do you recommend completing the supplemental work in a 3/5/1 format (70% week 1, 65% week 2, 75% week) or the 5/3/1 format (65% week 1, 70% week 2, 75% week 3)?
