I practice judo 3 times a week (Tue, Thu, Sat), with a 4th (Sun) session usually being light technique work without randori (sparring). I want to increase my general strength (I am already pretty strong for my weight), mainly focussing on progressing on the four main lifts. I am not interested in building size unless it is in the interest of strength gains.
I have currently completed one week of Leviathan Leader, running 5x5 FSL for all supplementals 4 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun) with very light accessory work on Sunday.
I would to get some feedback on the way I am training and if I should be using a different template. Keep in mind I am 18 so I should have better recovery(?) I am past the beginner gains but would not consider myself advanced. I would prefer to only work one main lift each session.
