Let's Get Serious

So I have recently decided to take the plunge and get huge…

Current Split:
Mon- hamstrings,back(includes traps)
Tues- triceps,forearms
Wed- quads,abs
Thurs- biceps,delts
Fri- chest
Sat- cardio
Sun- delts,abs,forearms

Will answer any questions about reasons for why i train this way if needs be

Pic is me as of April 9th 2013 @~185LBS, between 6’2" and 6’3", early twenties.

Watch this spot ladies and gentlemen, going to do my best to get huge completely naturally.

A snap of my wheels (or lack thereof) today april 24th 2013

as you can see i have a lot of work to do

not sure if anyone actually looks at this log but for anyone that does here’s a video of me squatting.

I’m currently working out in my garage with next to no equipment; a few barbells, dumbbells and a bench are pretty much all i have, so i’ve had to procure a makeshift squat rack.

However i’m starting a new job in 2 weeks so i should be able to afford a gym membership.

Please critique me on my form as i don’t have much clue when it comes to squatting

guess not takers on the squat video lol

anyway!

killer late night bicep and deltoids workout. think all the carbs during the day must have helped!

going to try for a bench press PR tomorrow

Hey man, tough to tell enough from the squat vid. Try to get one with your whole body in frame so it shows the full range of motion and foot position and such.

Nice!

Right!

Yesterday (monday) was back day, so here comes a video of me doing pullups

Like I mentioned earlier I have next to no equipment and can’t afford a gym membership until I start my job next week so excuse the makeshift pullup bar! I just joined a barbell to a ladder using a bit of wire lol hopefully I won’t fall on my ass if it breaks

Open to comments and/or criticisms about my form, range of motion etc etc, and anything you think I can do to improve. Enjoy!

And one of chins. Had to put some cloth over the bar it was tearing my hands to shreds lol

Love the ridiculously ghetto setup.

As promised, the updated squat video! Hopefully this is at a better angle to let you see my form. I’m fairly new to squatting to any advice is appreciated.

I decided to go balls to the wall with the weight lol. I don’t think i can fit any more weight on that bar unless i use rope to tie them on the sides.

obviously my form broke in the last 2 reps but any tips on how to make sure that doesn’t happen would be great!

Looks great man.

thanks dude! do you have a log?

Where’s the videos! :frowning:

Am I dumb and totally oblivious to stuff?

ahh! all the videos got deleted :S lol wtf

maybe it’s because I deleted them off my computer?

I still see the videos lol.

yeah they reappeared! i’m confused but whatever

Great bicep and delt workout yesterday. I think my front delts are beginning to overshadow the side/rear ones due to all the bench pressing lol. Any ideas on how to address this other than loads of rear delt lateral raises?

Just landed in NYC! start my new job on monday. this place is crazy lol not sure when my next session will be though :S
