Let's Get Serious

Finally got settled here in NYC, had my first workout in over a week today. Felt weak but that’s probably from lack of eating enough during the week and the stress of the move. This won’t deter me, more to come!

Finished my second week at work. 13 hour shifts some days, didn’t miss a workout all week though! Decent chest w/o today. More to come!

Workouts going well. Making all kinds of gains.

Training is still going good.

I have just decided on my goals. By Friday April 25th 2014 I want:
-17 inch arms cold
-squat 225 for 15 good repetitions
-bench press 315 for one good clean rep
-20 bodyweight pullups with good form

Anything less than this will be simply unacceptable. I will make a video on that day to back all of this up.
Now let the games begin!
