I’m making some gains, chuggin’ like 1 1/2 gallons a day, getting some fat too, but I’m 25… I keep adding weight to the bar, and that’s all I care about for now.
Some of you guys place far too much emphasis on your “rules” and “theories”. Whatever happened to trial and error and keeping whatever works best?
It’s as though if someone does something differently and it works for them, you are personally offended and must defend your honour.
The BIGGEST bodybuilding myth is that there is one formula that will work for everybody, that there are absolutes.
The BIGGEST lesson I’ve learnt is that anyone who believes their way is the ONLY way usually isn’t worth listening to, they tend to have an agenda.

They’re usually the smallest guys, aswell.
Not nessisarily true, my buddy who thinks if your not on 5x5 your wasting your time is pretty big, 6’4" huge upper body, chicken legs, but no one in the gym seems to care, lol.
If you have chicken legs you aren’t big imo.
