LEGS

i trained legs seriously for a year, then i got injured doing stiff legged deads… so its 3 months later and im ready to start once again… the only thing is i cant get in the position for deadlifts, and stiff legged… if anyone has a killer leg routine that involves squats, lunges, etc. please fill me in… and if u have any HINTS to get really SWEPT quads let me know

good routine to shock legs is 20 rep breathing squat routine. If you do them ass to calves, ie. full squat, you will hit all of the majot parts of the legs and glutes. Try not to use too wide of a stnce. Your quads will get tired and your hams will start kcking in as well as your glutes. You can supplement one set of those with supersets of leg extensions leg curls for an all around killer leg workout. Too bad you can’t deadlift any more. Try to ease into it if you can. laters pk
