If you’re training for strength, as you said, why does it matter if your leg size is normal? Quad size is going to vary based on genetics and doesn’t correlate well with max squat. If you want advice on aesthetics, post pics. If you’re interested in strength, stop measuring.

Yeah, not sure what the deal is. This kid’s been a member for over a year with more than a few posts, so I’ll chalk it up to stupidity. We all get a pass on that every once in a while. Plus, I did get a laugh at the redundancy of anonymous John Doe trying to use an extra-anonymous alias.

I think this is body image minutia Your legs are big/strong enough to squat 300 at your size. Take that as a blessing at least. They’ll more than likely get bigger as you get stronger/stronger as you get bigger.
