Because I have a couple kiddos, I would have said kids…buuuut, I’m going to go with the fellons as well. It sounds like the most beneficial way to use the money.
visited the shelter/felon re-entry thing today, write up of that and international bench press day, and school, later tonight.
thanks again for all the input!

All the more to bench with.
post 1- International Bench Press Day
Knew I hadnt eaten enough to go too heavy, but took the opportunity I had.
felt like doing sets of 6, so I worked up to 115, and felt good about all of it. No liftoff, belt, or wraps.
superset facepulls with pressdowns, rope attachment.
weighted situps 10lb plate on the flat hyper, 3x 8. 1st with the plate on my chest, 2nd behind my head, 3rd on my chest again.
then, errands with dad and i left.
post 2- school
a) the visit to the shelter was today. outside of one of my classmates disrespecting the executive direcor, I was incredibly impressed with the rules, goals, guidelines, and standards of the shelter. Learned some local statistics, didnt get to talk to any of the clients this time. Found out how efficient they are- $26 and change covers EVERYTHING per person, per day. Overhead, payroll, utilities, food, toiletries, document replacement, bus passes, case management. They dont accept violent felons or sex offenders, liability due to the women and children often there. A separate sheleter for men only (this holds families, single mothers, and single women) is across town, we won’t be visiting that one.
b) fucking spanish. Got a 92/100 on my first quiz, which is cool, but i voiced my willingness to stab myself in the eye with my fork (i was eating chopped apples and greek yogurt) if people didnt start paying attention. When the instructor writes the prompt for an answer ON THE BOARD and has asked 13 people before you the SAME question, and we JUST went over the vocab, there is NO excuse for you to say, “pass.”

Personally, neither violent offenders nor sex offenders should ever be let out of prison.
How would you deconstruct a woman who received a masters degree in deconstruction (english lit) and ended up with a job in business selling protein?
cool vid
I can relate.

your masters obvi is indicative of your passion for learning, writing ridiculous papers (both in length and subject matter) while the duration you were in school is indicative of your determination.
silly+determined = perfect for pursuit of lifting and conning people out of their hard earned money for protein when milk is just as good. (everybody knows that)
that youre hesitant to name yourself as the character means you know its absurd and are unwilling to admit so publicly.
or, that you were gonna be a teacher but you realized theres more money in vanity than education. (unless its those student loans you’re talking about, which is why you took the job making more money.)
greenie- its more cost effective to kill them than charge taxpayers for the inmates lifelong support. (not sayin i really think thats what should be done, just picking fights.)
Oh I trained tonight at the local, too.
YEAH. YEAH, I DID.
again, did what i felt like
Barbell row- worked up to 3x3 @ 115. Felt way heavier than it should, till I remembered my inconsistent gym tiem.
pullups- bw, shoulder width grip, 5,5,3,3,0. Wide grip with Green Band, 5, 5.
kroc rows- did 1x10 each side with a 50, felt pretty good so i did 1x20 each side with the 65. Will work my way back up to the 80+ soon. Very soon.
15 min of treadmill walking @ 5% incline, 3mph.
my active rest was lots of giggling at local douchebaggery. Sent Pegg enough video to make the next Team Awful appearance, will post when(if) I can talk(?) him into doing it.
p.s.- the ankle, still swollen and a lil sore in some spots, felt pretty good for all of this. When i spin it around through its ROM, its started to do the cracking/popping thing that most of the rest of my joints do, and relief comes each time it happens. GO ANKLE!
YOU? Pick FIGHTS?
Git the fuck outta here!
=P
