I don’t know how Dexa relates to measurements with the Bodpod, or underwater weight methods. Not that it matters because you look beautiful. You are certainly putting it in all the right places. I just can’t buy the 27% number either.

DEXA has become the gold standard in bf analysis. It has a standard error of less than 2% has the ability to analyze bf distribution.
I believe that the Bodpod and underwater weighing have a greater standard error and there a is quite a bit more that can affect reliability. Like if the person doesn’t expire all of air that they could.
