I’m not psychic, but I think a Manzeer is in your future.

On the plus side, I think you’ll fit in very well with the carnies.

Please explain and also do i need to do more inclines for my chest?

I’m not an expert but I’d say you do. Moreso because even though you aren’t very fat, your chest/nipples seems to droop/puffy.

Prof X made a thread in the T-cell alpha section if you want to check it out:

Your body/frame is a dead giveaway of south-asian ethnicity. You indian/paki?

And yes, thats a case of lower chest fat you’ve got there. Whether there’s gyno in addition to that is a different question.
PM your topless pictures and/or nudes to ProfessorX on this forum, he knows more about it than most others who post here.

Finally, are you a vegan/vegetarian? south-east asian+vegan/vegetarian = low test and/or high estrogen. Get some TRIBEX STAT.

i’d hit it

Thanks for the comments… As for you guessing abt my ethinicty, the username and color of the skin give more clues than my posture. I think u r a paki/indian. U trying to be a sherlock holmes when u rn’t
No iam not a vegan/vegetarian…though yes, i dont consume meat everyday(more like every alternate day). But quite regular with eggs.

My chest has a similar shape but a little bit worse, and yes I do have gyno. If I had to guess based on that shot alone I’d say you did. Sorry, dude. I know it sucks. Print makes fun of everybody, so don’t take it personally, it’s just a joke.

For what it’s worth, I’m pretty sure gaining muscle in your chest will have differing effects for different cases of gyno [since different cases look different]. My chest look similar to yours and I’ve noticed that putting on size made it look better without clothes on, and worse with. Weird, but that’s my experience. Also, I’ve noticed flexing my chest in public to mask it works better when there’s more mass.

In addition to the thread in T-Call Alpha that It’s Just Me linked you may want to check out:

http://www.gynecomastia.org/smf/

You can ask for advice/info there, and you can find surgeons close to you.

Hope that helps, and good luck.

Thanks. Will try to put on some more muscle on chest

1 more thing… added front pose ( without flexing) to provide better perpective.

What is it with you and Indians, South Asians etc?

LR

Really, why? Your “username” is tout a fait a farsi term for a wrestler, and is a commonly used to point out a built dude in middle-class Iranian society (pehelwan Rezazadeh for example). But sure, I’ve been black, white, french, hispanic and oriental on these forums before. Why not a paki for a change?

Go ask a bunch of your friends around you to strip to their waists, and you’ll see the characteristics I’m referring to, with varying levels of body fat quand meme. The color of your skin is obviously a third factor, with your written word and writing style the dead giveaway.

Honestly if there was someone who couldn’t tell your ethnicity from the structural mess you photographed for our viewing pleasure, I’d love to meet him/her in person.

Ca marche?

I <3 them about as much as I do orientals, LDWBs, uzbekis and the rest. Diffferent ethnicities and different races have differing challenges and characteristics. Recognizing these is a vital tool for profiling an individual.

Just as recognizing a british skinny-fat newb to the lifting scene who who waddles over to see his ortho in fucking Wales to get a chiro screening before he has managed to add an ounce of size allows me to figure out who will look exactly the same 5 yeqars from now.

Lurk more.

Wow, so much hate. And you know me so well!

Was it really that hard to see everyone around you succeed while you amounted to nothing? It’s a shame, but look on the bright side, the world need street sweepers too.

And when you break something, or injure yourself doing whatever it is you do, you can go and see your nearest Indian or other Ethnic Doctor and beg them to help you.

lol TD has been pulling out all the stops the past few days.

Wow!! What is TD pissed about? Does he getonly this forum to prove ur superiority? If you can help then please do otherwise you are not needed. Structural mess iam or not atleast Iam working on it… Well… he is wrong about pehelwan been a “middle-class Iranian society”

BUt anyway…iam not sure what test level has to do with my prblems. Prof X if iam correct had this problem also.

Gyno is very often developed in childhood. I remember seeing quite a few boys with it when I used to swim a lot as a kid.

tribunaldude - since you like profiling people, what am I? lol I don’t really see how this relates that much to how one needs to train…

When t-levels go lower than estrogens, a person can develop gyno (that’s the simplistic explanation). Estrogens to testosterone ratio can be effected by numerous factors, e.g. environmental (toxins/hormones in food), coming off a steroid cycle, aging, soy products etc.
