Believe it or not, I still have a working VHS copy of this video. It’s the first bodybuilding video I ever watched.
I bought it at Wal-Mart.
My first was Pumping Iron of course!

That was my second.
I actually didn’t know about Pumping Iron until after I saw the Lee Haney video.
I had some Weider tape that came with a 10 lb sack of Megamass 2000 -lol. I think it was arm training with Mike Matarazzo and Sindy Riddel… crazy woman had arms bigger than mine are now!

So I wasn’t the only one who bought the 10lbs bag while weighing about twice that?

“EZ-bar curls are a peaking and shaping movements, barbell curls are for size”

Nothing to LOL about. Some of you must be scholars with several degrees behind your name the way you dissect every word someone says.
That statement could easily mean EZ-bar curls are what he uses to concentrate on the contraction instead of simply moving the heaviest weight, while barbell curls are where he goes all out with heavier weight.
If some of you treat the older bigger guys in the gym like this, I can see why none of you benefit from what they’ve learned. You are too busy trying to show them up based on how eloquently they can teach a college level physiology class.

I meant “lol” as in it’s funny how a lot of people around here and other sites would say thats impossible and yet an x-olympia winner is saying it, not “lol he’s wrong”
lol…all with the help of joe weiders muscle builder huh.
Ya, no used of “alabolic” steroids, that’s good to know…
thanks for the link tho, love the old school stuff…
I was just thinking about his squat depth and then that guy made a comment on it (4th video). He says he’s going parallel but those are basically half squats. He also says narrow stance works the inner thighs?
I guess he shows you don’t need full squats to build great legs, well he didn’t anyway.
