LCD Flatness

how do you deal with the effects of flatness on a LCD??? I find myself getting down as I flatten out.

I cant seem to hold my charge between workouts. My face looks noticeably thinner but I just end up looking very flat like ARNOLD called ZANE (STRINGY) from a LCD.

Here is my current diet:

6oz grass fed, 3 omega eggs, onehalf grapefruit.

45 g GOATEIN protein 1 tbs carlson fish oil, 1 scoop perfect food (greens)

workout,
20 bcaa, 2 tsp creatine, 2tsp glutamine

Pwo ( IF a big draining workout 3 scoops surge) if not 45g whey isolate, 1 tbs glutamine, bcaa’s,

1 huge salad, 1 tbs olive oil
3 Flameout.
8 oz buffalo

some sort of FISH,
steamed veggies

egg white omelet with turkey or chicken
bell pepper
1 tbs fishoil,

every 4th or 5th day I’ll go ahead and have two carb meals post workout, ie surge, and one other meal usually some oats fruit with another protein shake, or cottage cheese yogurt mixture.

any advice cool peeps!

CT recommends glycerol to help volumize the muscles, but I’ll be damned if I know where you’d get some. I’m sure someone online sells it.

I am able to get glycerin at my local CVS (drugstore). It looks like this:

I have safely consumed the contents of this bottle numerous times, and it does have the desired effect. Glycerol and glycerin(e) are interchangeable in this sense. It is very sweet to taste and it absorbs the water right off your tongue.

That’s pretty cheap, I’m going to pick some up. Are you sure we can drink that kind?

Also, is there any difference between glycerol and glycerine?

Bump

I’ve been using the glycerin, seems to be working, but it is very sweet to the taste. I googled it and it has sugar alcohols.

If one is following a low carbs regimen should we count this towards our daily total of carbs?
