Latest Music That Gets You Fired Up

I’ve really been into Soilwork lately. Here’s some songs that get me going in the gym:

Rammstein: Sonne, Links 234, Mein Herz Brennt

Soilwork: Distance

Tool: Parabola, Stinkfist, TICKS AND LEECHES (especially near the end when Maynard is screaming “Suck me dry” over and over again), Lateralus, Forty Six & 2.

Dimmu Borgir: Mourning Palace, A Succubus in Rapture, Raabj?rn Speiler Draugheimens Skodde, Spellbound

Mostly darkwave industrial/EBM/Euro Industrial for me these days:

Funker Vogt
Lords of Acid
Suicide Commando
Die Krupps
Nitzer Ebb
Die Sektor
Spetsnaz

From there, when I get saturated with that, I go back to old school hardcore: Black Flag, Born Against, Casualties, Exploited, Madball, Sick Of It All, Varukers,Gorilla Biscuits…

mercenary “the hours that remain”

xzibit "40 dayz and 40 nightz:

into eternity “dead or dreaming”

man everyone here likes slayer…I’m not too big a fan but I have reign in blood and god hates us all. I really like “disciple” when lifting.

Despised Icon, you love or hate.

If your a rock opera/alternative rock fan, deffinetely check out some coheed and Cambria. Quite a few of their songs help me struggle through the big lifts. For those of you that don’t know them, they’re kind of like queen on steroids.

Every metal fan here should listen to the song No Sympathy For Fools by Behemoth during their next workout.

Jump the fuck up by SoulFly

KMFDM, Rammstein, Slayer, Sepultura, Pantera n old school Metallica

Metallica, Godsmack, Disturbed, Korn, Chevelle, Deftones, some hard house

One of the best songs for a 4-minute-full-on is Stratovarius’ Stratofortress.

Another good one is Asian Dub Foundation - Flyover. If any of you bikes, it’s also a very good song to listen to when going downhill, in order to let loose of every precaution.

hatebreed ; i will be heard’ hell yeah!!

What would you guys recommend for someone who’s mostly into New York Rap?

What kind of super pumped-up Rock should I start off with? My intentions are to get fired up for Squat/Deadlift sessions. I currently don’t listen to anything in the weight room.

I did like this one super rock song, I think it use to be Triple H’s or the Undertaker’s intro music. I’m not sure. It goes like: Let da bodies hit da flo’, Let da bodies hit da flo’, Let da bodies hit da flooooor!

Does anybody know which artist this is by? And the name of the track?

I don’t like Punk Rock like Avril Lavigne, and those girly boy bands. I thought I should make that clear.

Thanks for the help guys

That song is by Drowning Pool.

I’ve been listening to mostly deathcore lately-
Elysia
Waking the Cadaver
Job for a Cowboy
See You Next Thursday
Emmure
and the old standbys of-
Hatebreed
Throwdown
Bury Your Dead
Lose None

anything by underOath, Norma Jean, Bury your Dead

Seriously though check out the devil wears prada (if you like any metal at all)

they are sick

Hey, were you replying to me? If so thanks. I checked out the link. That Devil Wears Prada “HTML Rulez Dood” track surprised me. It started off soft… Then RArrrrrghhh! I started laughing but I love it!

As much as I love rap I can’t lift to it. I always wanted to lift to music like this. The Devil Wears Prada group sounds flippin wicked! Thanks. I couldn’t help but notice on the left hand side of the screen this music falls in the Christian category. Hardcore / Metal / Christian
Are these guys Christian? It’s all good if they are.

I’m looking around and some guys are mentioning Slayer a lot. It sounds a bit extreme but I’ll probably look into it. I’m not sure if I’d like it.

I’ll be hitting some new PR’s thanks to you, haha! I can’t wait to see my training buddy’s face. He’ll trip for sure. But he’ll be amazed seeing my blow way past PR’s.
