The best advise I can give you or anyone else is to always be generous and treat others with respect. I have been fortunate to have had the chance to meet the people I have but the doors, IMO, have been opened by the fact that I am always appreciative of their knowledge and time and I always offer to help them out any way I can.

Everyone has something they are good at and even though it may not be training related it may be a service that that person you are asking for help from could really use. Always look for ways to make the most of every opportunity that presents itself and look for ways you can be better.

Angelo, my friend -

As I was reading this it did pop into my mind that you do, so finely, embody the attribute of generosity. I think your open mind, your gentle spirit (although housed in a rock-crusher body), and your curiosity just naturally lead you.

You are a great example.

Thank you:-)

So that is about it for now. Again thank you everyone who took the time to stop by and read my log and wish me well!

What?..no more Fast Brain?

I am actually going to be using Methylator 2.0 again for my methyl donor product. Fats brain is excellent but I like to switch it up.

I decided moving is not fun:-) There are so many last minute things you ave to do to get everything ready!

I am excited for Chicago but I sure wish my stuff would pack itself:-)

OK…today is going to be a BUSY day!! I have 6 appointments and I still have to finish packing but, I will get it done…as I tell my clients “Successful people find AND solutions”.

If you call them they have it but it is not on the website.

I tried H9 and H12 months ago, and I was nautious for awhile. I have to figure this was a good thing in a sense, as perhaps my body was detoxing and removing junk from my body. Great stuff Laroyal.

What are your thoughts about the Lean Legs product? Have you seen it work with your clients ?

The new protocol also uses lipotropic excellence and is a lot easier on you so it should not make you too sick. Be sure when detoxing the liver you have enough phase II detoxicants available to facillitate the process and help you feel better.

The lean legs is AMAZING, I have 3 clients using it and they have all seen tremendous results (one girl dropped a pant size in 2 weeks).

Wow man, thats some great results. I didnt know about the lipotropic excellence, I might have also messed up the alternating schedule here and there. Good stuff.

Really? REALLY!? why have you been hiding this from some of us?

Forgive my ignorance about this, and perhaps it is posted elsewhere, but do you have any experience applying Charles’ protocols and/or your own to competitive athletes or are most of your clients more oriented towards cosmetic/appearance-based goals? Is the typical client at PPC Chicago a competitive athlete or otherwise?

I work with a number of competitive athletes. I would say well over 50% of the people I work with (and probably higher once I start at PPC Chicago) are competitors.

I personally work with football players, wrestlers, soccer players, powerlifters, bodybuilders and of course people who want to look good nekkid:-) Whether it is an athlete or a person just wanting to look good my primary goal is always to improve their health and then the rest seems to fall in place.

The body’s first priority will always be health so if this is in order then it will be able to allocate more of it’s resources to physique or performance goals. That being said remember 70% of your nutrition is used for detoxification!!

What I am saying is that no matter what type of client I am working with I aproach their goals the same: Achieve good health, fix digestion problems, achieve structural balance, get them stronger.

Meals for the day:

Meal 1 9oz Organic Beef 1 handful of pecans
Meal 2 9oz Buffalo Large Salad
Meal 3 9oz Beef Capacha (from Tenderloin) Mixed Veggies (celery, muschrooms, carrots)
Meal 4 9oz Tandori Chicken with spicy jalopeno pesto and side of guacomole
Meal 5 9oz Buffalo Large Salad
Meal 6 9oz Shrimp in Lemon, Olive oil and Garlic with large salad

It snowed today and the roads were SLICK so tomorow is the big day…Driving to Chicago and getting moved in:-)

Start work on Monday!!

Hope the move was painless and congratulations on your new position! I would be very interested in paying you and Mike a visit sometime - if this is at all possible once you get settled in and adjusted to your new surroundings, let me know how I would go about doing this! Thanks for donating all your time to us on the forums.

Hello again everyone…sorry for my absence, I forgot how much work a move can be:-) Everything went absolutely great! I love my new place, the job could not be cooler and I am liking Deerfield (the suburb I live in) there are 2 count em’ 2 whole foods I have to choose from right here in the immediate vicinity:-) I should be starting with some new diet and training info soon.

I am looking at doing a Poliquin type accumulation program (adding some serious size) I will detail the program I am going to be doing and of course chronical my results:-) I will likely continue it under this thread although I may start a new one. Have a great night everyone and I should be up and posting again real soon!

Woooo, Looking forward to what you carry out during your strength/size phase!

I really enjoy sharing with everyone on here, this is a great site and I really appreciate the support from everyone on here. In terms of coming down to the center you would be more than welcome to. PM me if there is a day you would like to come down and we can work out the details. Thanks again the support.

laroyal,

Thank you so much for the wealth of information you have shared throughout your log. I am looking forward to seeing how you fair with the super-accumulation phase after all the west-side work.

I apologize in advance if the following question is misplaced - I am not trying to hijack your thread.

I have always struggled with chest fat even at when relatively lean. I was contemplating adding DIM and/or Estro-Detox supplementation. Do you have any insight into supplements or dosing protocols that my help with chest fat. I am currently evaluating zinc supplementation to remedy this. Thanks in advance for your help. Stay strong.

There are a couple of things to consider when chosing the right protocol: do you have low energy? Do you have trouble absorbing fats?

A good general protocol would be :

DIM 2 caps tid
Calcium D Glucorate 2 tid
Estro Clear for men 1 tid
Estro Detox 2 daily
Fiber Protocol

This will not only get the estrogen out of the cell but out of your body as well. For the Zn I would load it at 120mg/day for 8 weeks Hope this helps!
