I have to ask, is there a plot where you guys release new products immediately after I place an order?

Nice product, I routinely use Chromium, Magnesium, and Zinc; so I guess I can narrow down further my ‘Non-Biotest’ supplements.

How big are the pills btw, to reason 7 at once?

Too be used in conjunction with ZMA or as a replacement?..Is using both overkill?

Wow I see this post before it hits the front page, and not 12 hours after I placed my order too silverhydra, haha.

I always find it interesting to hear how many athletes and hard training individuals are actually somewhat malnourished (probably the incorrect word) when it comes to actual healthy nutrition. Years ago I remember reading in some muscle rag that Victor Conte (yes, THAT Victor Conte) had several high level professional bodybuilders submit blood work, and the majority turned out to be deficient in even the most basic vitamins and minerals.

Actually, I also remember reading (I read too much, I know -lol), how years before everyone was jumping on the ZMA-train, Yates would supplement his diet with extra Zinc and Magnesium because he realized how beneficial they could be for someone under the constant duress of the type of training he routinely undergoes.

Certainly makes me curious as to the effects this might have on the typical hard training TMUSCLE-head.

There’s no reason to use ZMA with ELITEPRO Mineral Support.

Cool stuff, I’ve been taking Zinc + Magnesium separately so this is gonna cut down on costs. Haven’t taken the other three minerals though but I guess it’s worth a try. I have heard good things about selenium but what’s the evidence look like out there for vanadium and chromium?

They are standard 00 capsules – the same size as Biotest ZMA capsules.

x2
I just placed an order for Flameout and Metabolic Drive Bars last night!

very k0ol might have to try this someday… you guys make so many staple supps I wish I could just take em all. I’m digging the FA3 I just got but the Flameout is the guaranteed staple… thanks anyways

So are you going to continue selling ZMA? I’m trying to understand the difference between ZMA and this new product. Are you getting more minerals since they are chelated as compared to the ZMA?

Yes.

ZMA is a different formula and remains as effective as ever. Many people have had great results with it and will likely continue using it for this reason.

ELITEPRO Mineral Support provides a wider array of minerals in a form that is better utilized.

My personal experience is that ELITEPRO Mineral Support has a much more pronounced positive effect on my quality of sleep and recovery.

Excellent, thank you.

They’re relatively small, about the same size as a REZ-V capsule, a ReceptorMax capsule, or a Curcumin 500 capsule.

There’s significant research on both Vanadium and Chromium. Both are hugely beneficial in managing blood sugar and insulin,

Diabetics have long used them to help manage their disease, but they’re also of significant benefit to the athlete or physique athlete.

I was always under the impression that zinc and magnesium should be split. Zinc being best taken in the morning, and magnesium being best taken at night (specially after workouts).
Am I wrong?

In Poliquin’s magnesium supplement description, he makes a big deal about using 4 different chelates. What’s the deal with this?

Does Biotest’s mineral product have a similar composition of magnesium chelates?

Ya for real… I’m kinda hoping that they will start offering package deals for their staple/health supps like they did with the ANACONDA Protocol. Maybe one big package deal of FA3, Flameout, ELITEPRO, and Superfood, as a Health/longevity package.

Can this be taken with dairy products(calcium)?

That hasn’t been the case. Our ZMA formula has always used zinc and magnesium together, as do all other similar formulations.

Besides, the chelation prevents any cross-reactivity.

Our recommendation is to take the formula at night, so that the magnesium can help you get a restful night’s sleep.
