Got greedy and went for a fourth rep on the top set. Failed it.

daheck happened to this session…it’s a 1s week and I only got 3 for both major lifts. Really wanted at least 5

Worked out with friends. Didn’t do much after because there were 3 of us rotating on squats, and 4 of us rotating on bench. Before I knew it, almost 2 hours already passed. All good. Doesn’t happen often.

Supposed to deadlift and OHP tonight because I won’t be able to go to the gym for the next 5 days. For some reason, my forearms and hands are sore and grip feels weak, so not risking it. Can’t figure out why they’re sore though. Was using straps on the DB rows last night
