Actually, There was a very unfamiliar feelings in my triceps, lats, and rear delt area today, specially when I was benching. Oh and I had to be careful getting up from bed because of the abdominal flexion :joy:

Haha, I’m absolutely not the one to ask. I’ve honestly forgotten most of the stuff I learned in my economics & finance degree. I’m studying mechanical engineering now, so all that arcane knowledge of derivatives trading and production functions got pushed out of my mind to make room for viscous flow in pipes and bending moment diagrams.

These are looking better. Felt these more in the abs, but mostly in the upper abs. We’ll see how it goes next time

I also have those! I stopped wearing shoes for deadlifts about a year ago though.

Barefoot definitely feels most comfortable. Still, would be nice to have some deadlift shoes if ever they’re needed in a gym that won’t allow barefoot for example. How’d you find them for deadlifts?

I always wore those shoes when I went to a gym, though I don’t think any that I attended would have had a problem with me pulling shoeless. They’re a good shoe, better than Chucks imho. But I don’t use shoes anymore because I think my feet stay anchored better without.

I just saw them from Kirsten Dunsmore and was thinking to myself, hey those are some nice looking shoes. When I finally found them, I was happy to learn they were wrestling shoes (which I have been curious about for lifting for the longest time now). Hence the purchase lol
