6, 5, 4, 4, 4, 4, 3, 3, 2 = 35
Lots of rest in between some of the sets

OHP 25 lbs, 12 x 3 sets

Side laterals
12.5 lbs x 12 ss 5 lbs x 15; 5 sets

Hip huggers 40 lbs, 10 x 3 sets

Hammer curls 15lbs, 15 x 3

Looked myself in the mirror a while ago and thought, “damn, my shoulders and arms are really lagging compared to my chest and traps.”

Thought of how to do curls better.

All I wanted to do before were squats, deadlift, OHP.
Now I kinda dread legs. (damn that 50 rep goblet squat goal)

Once I start to care about abs and calves, my transformation to gym bro will be complete. @FlatsFarmer

Just prescribe yourself some “trt” ez

Is that euphemism for tren?

Nah just do like 2g test and call it trt

2g is weak. I needed 5g to make gainz before. psshh…

…I actually don’t know if 2g is a large dose or not lol

Is big I think

Don’t explode ur shoulder/rotator cuff brah. Sub out pull ups for something else regularly. Probably a good idea to vary the intensity, plane of movement etc. a bit. Pull ups be considered heavy hard work. Maybe do some back pack rows. Fill a back pack with enough weight to get a decent stimulus in the 8-12 or higher rep range for some variation.

…but but but…i was making good progress

But yeah, I see your point. Thanks bro!

Been contemplating whether to get that pioneer cut belt I’ve always wanted or to get a 20kg kettlebell for swings…

Belt will cost around 120 i think, and KB will cost around 80-100 depending on what deal I find

No use for the belt now, but I’ve really always wanted it. Definitely will use it in the future

Kettlebell… lazy to do cardio (swings) but I know I really need to improve my cardio again. Could run, but the strength component of the swings is nice

Belt for when u go back to gym. I’ve had a pioneer cut for a while now. I like. Pioneer are coming out with a micro adjustable lever soon so I’ma buy a lever belt from em too (see me log I linked an insta post with a demo). Hehe

Is still progressing. Just a bit different

Do some band pull aparts/face pulls and/or switch up the grip on vertical pulls. Should help a bit.

@guineapig when the second stimulus comes through…well…hello pioneer belt lol! yeah, your post reminded me of it. Was planning to get the basic pronged one, but that lever looks damn sexy

@Bagsy you’re right. I’m just lazy to do those things

Walking lunges 35 lbs, 15 steps per leg x 3 rounds

Goblet squats 35 lbs 35 x 1

RDLs 35 lbs 10 x 3 sets

Jogged today. Took advantage of all the uphill streets here in SF. My calves were sore even if I didn’t really went that far lol

I’m lucky enough to have never had shoulder pain, but I like to think that that is a result of doing those things. Bands are cheap, too. EliteFTS recently restocked.

And honestly, I’m losing hope for a second stimulus check. Not that I need it, but it certainly would be nice…
