I was just wondering if anyone on this forum plays or has played lacrosse at any level? Maybe we could discuss different conditioning programs?

I played for 2 seasons, I think when I was 11 & 12 & I sucked. My brother is one of the best defencemen in BC though for his age.

I played lacrosse at the collegiate level but I am afraid my conditioning program consisted of practice and beer drinking back then. I wish I could go back knowing what I know now.


I play club lacrosse. My training is very intense or anything special.
