Thanks! He got them over the summer, I think this was his first real workout in them and he did pretty well.

Missed training monday and wednesday due to homework, I have a feeling that’s gonna happen fairly often this semester unfortunately. Heading to bench with Jake Prazak and his crew tonight! He holds the 220 and 242 multi ply bench records of 909 and 920 I believe if you havent heard of him. Should be a great experience!

Learned a lot about technique. My last try with 385 they told me looked great and was my best rep but my shirt isn’t tight enough to carry through to lockout. Learned a ton!
Saturday-lots of lat and rear delt work, some farmer’s at the end.
I seemed to have strained the very upper part of my tricep near the armpit. Thought it was just soreness from the shirt session until I went to get up from a recliner and used my arms to help me up and had a searing pain right there. Guess I’ll have to let that heal for a little bit.

More shirt work off 4 board due to tricep pain below that. Used a training partner’s sdp that he ordered custom and was wayyyy too small for him and pretty much too small for me in the chest plate until it (hopefully) gets broken in more.
I think once I start training for my next meet I’ll be doing 1 shirted day and 1 lockout day each week. That’s how prazak and his crew train. I’m thinking lockout work will include: Floor press w/ or w/out chains, Rev band bench, and 2, 3, and 4 board bench w/ or w/out chains or bands. I might try doing some rack lockouts as an accessory after the main movement as well.

I completely understand this. I also suck with a shirt, but I think that I have yet to wear one that actually fits too. It’ll come I imagine.
