Talk about irony.

thats right. He would come in and help a couple people commenting in this thread find those 2 hairy lil’ things that are supposed to hang under the dick. and by the way, there isnt one person in this thread who WOULDNT keep perfect form on every pull-up tryin to rep out.
What a bunch of fuckwads.

Bullshit
The only problem I had was with the ROM, his chin was not going above the bar or in line with the bar, so all he needs to do is get the chin above or in line the bar and there would not be much of a problem with his technique. But I thought it was a good video.

Is that good form?
NO!
That takes nothing away from any other lift that he has done.
I think most are missing the point. Kroc is a powerlifter. He has a goal of adding weight to the bar in the squat, bench and deadlift.
In order to do this he figures out what works for him. Nobody gives him extra points in his next meet because he fully extended his arms and lifted his chin above the bar in training.
If you ask me if his form is good, I’d say yes, his form is great because it has added weight to his total.[/quote]
What people don’t understand is that when you are going for max strenght full reps ain’t gona cut it. If you are going for max contraction thats a diff. story.
If Joe Blow instead of Kroc had posted those as 30 pullups, he would be getting ridiculed here. I myself wonder if the 30 pullups done in that manner has as much to do with his totals as the obvious amounts of steroids that he is on does.
here we go again. let it go people. this topic has been beat to death
lol at people’s reactions to this

Matt K is on Hormone Replacement Therapy monitored by a doctor due to his testicular cancer ruining his nuts. Give the guy credit, it is not drugs, gear or pullups that make him a champion. That comes from within.
I’ll try to explain it well. Very few times will a small weenie hut member tell a big , strong guy to his face how his form is off.
Another point, weight lifting was done in the old days with an apprentice/journeyman/master approach. you went and learned by doing what the bigger stronger people did. They taught you. Eventually when you learned enough, you could give valuable feedback, helping the gym and or training group.
The proof was in the pudding. Now with the net, we have a whole bunch of experts that think they know a lot and actually, they know dick. I’ve talked at length to Jim Wendler and Dave Tate about this stuff. It’s always good for some laughs.
Most here could learn tons from a guy like Matt if they ever had some time to train with them. however, I doubt he would learn much from this crowd.

Ah yes… the steroids.
If Joe Blow was a total weeny with no back and a shit deadlift then he’d get ridiculed because what he’s doing obviously doesn’t work.
When Matt K posts it you get to see his MASSIVE back, and his improving deadlift, which he in some part attributes to his “cheated” rows and chins.
Do you not see the difference there?
Joe blow… weeny… shit deadlift… training not working
Matt K… monster… real good deadlift… training IS working
Anyway, this has been done to death and I thoguht it was dead.
Dude, chins don’t do anything. He should really use the smith machine.

To do chins?
I think using non-sensical blabber to utterly confuse the hell out of people and make threads so annoying and off topic that they’re impossible to read or argue in is about the only way to deal with shit like this.
Are chins like chains? There’s only one letter in the difference. They must be the same.
I heard weighted chains were great for developing your lats. Well, I have these heavyass chains on the floor of my garage, and they aren’t doing anything for my lats right now. Do I need to mix them into my PWO shake?

Yes massive back with the bacne who will be bigger than a natural Joe Blow will ever be. Unless the stuff about steroids making you bigger and stronger is all bullshit of course…
I once took some steroids that I found in my brother’s room, and I accidentally set a new world record in the deadlift.

Ah yes sarcasm…
And I bet that if do the same routine that someone who is probably doing a medicine chest of steroids is doing and just “work a little harder” I will be able to see the same gains in strength and size that they do plus recover just as fast between workouts too.
This is especially true in the world of professional bodybuilding.
Why if you really want to look like Jay Cutler, you don’t need any drugs, just a few choice Weider supplements and a little extra work at the gym.
Do people who don’t take steroids look so ripped because of the dehydration from all the crying?

When your hair falls out from all of the steroids that you shoot in your ass, do little pieces of your brain come out too, which lowers your already low IQ to make such idiotic comments?
