Visited elitefts.com for the 1st time the other day. Saw they sell lots of liftings accesories. Noticed they have knee wraps. Since I am a huge king follower I thought I might try knee wraps since he recomends them for joint temperature or whatever he calls it. Has or does anyone here tried knee wraps? What do they think. Plus which ones should I get? They have some that are 2m some that are 2.5m, then some cheap ones for $20.
I have used them before with great success. Get the ones with the double red lines running down ther center. They do help with stabilization and will increase your lift a bit. Make you feel more confident with the heavier iron.
You get what you pay for.
