Mj the 90/90 is a bitch but it works- we sit so much, work, driving , etc, its easy for the hips to
tighten up and disable the glutes.
I got 3 lbs of Turkey breast chop type things ( just me and the wife) in a brine of water salt, sugar
molasses, fennel, shallots lemons, peppercorns and a little vinegar.

the rest ok, the tris and bi stuff felt good, the kerls I used some body bar thing I think it weighs 25
Its a fat bar of sorts, really helps the elbows.
Maybe I need to move the money exercise to later on?
I cry every week when I bench. the smart thing to do would be to move when I bench/pull/squat
I should probably squat early in the week, bench, then pull/oh press last
Need to go back and reread what I was doing a few months ago when I did more volume 4 days a week
and benched more.

did not get warm enoughā¦left hip/quad stiff and crappy felt it all work out,rushed this whole thing.
squats felt stiff, prob should have done another set or two of 185 x5 or just two sets of 95x20 for HA squat instead.
front squat after the high rep set where hard as hell.
ghr and bss fun in the ugliest way.
should have reversed the order of these two.
I want to do good mornings- on squat days, and like 5 other things but cant fit them in.

Dude - try what Iām doing or something like it. You train more often, doesnāt beat you up and you get stronger. Workouts are fairly short, too. 'nuff room to work weaknesses but you can still work the next day.
My fellow non-benching brother(it hurts to much). Great pulling. Donāt you weight around 180? That means you could pull twice your weight for 10 reps if you tried. Crazy.
Benching full range, raw, beats the shit out of me, if I go for it max with any frequency whatsoever. That being said, you can build a great bench with out hardly ever benchinā
