I had a real 24 hour bug on Sunday- grossness all around
worked today, felt week but ok.
No training today- but its a deload, Ill try for two sessions this week on the deload.
Not much time this week to train.

I’m going to support the yay sayers on knee sleeves. I got rehbands in the summer and they cost an assload with the shipping up here but they are much nicer for the high rep stuff. You’re not a kid any more you know. Somehow I feel like a squat better in them. It isn’t like I get any carry over from them but the cosy factor makes me feel more secure. It’s a mental thing.
Don’t get too reliant on the belt. Otherwise it’s like it’s fake strength. haha. What kind did you get? I’ve gone to an Inzer Forever 10mm lever in cobalt blue. It’s super pretty.

Good work while feeling under the weather. I came across in one of my old paper logs the note ‘Squat worked up to 525 x 5 w/ ass flu’, LOL. It shows some mental toughness to weather through when the average joe would be in bed with the remote control in hand.
