Face pulls at the begining - great.
hanging leg raises- I think at this point I can rock 20 or so- so its more for releasing the low back then for abs.
See I hid some pressing in there. 100’s felt heavy needs work.
I think I can do 4 plates ont the chest seated row- coming soon.
Kroc rows- felt ok I guess I should just go for rep Pr’s we only go up to 100 
shoulder junk- I do the plate raises with bent arms- seems to work.

Tonight wat chatty bastard night started when I rolled the db’s over to where the chest row jammy is.
Another dude I train at similar times with - he is a pretty big dude- stopped incline pressing 315 in the
smith to help me wrangle the 100’s for floor presses.
that is a pain in the ass.
