bench- what ever couldnt manage reps did a few doubles.
alt. db presses, these got hard- and fun , holding the db in the ‘up’ position got to be the hard part
Defranco calls these rope pulldown/row things J pulldowns-
what ever they are they are the shit. Huge pump.
Its like a nautilus pullover a pull up and a row all at the same time.
Hammer curls kill my elbow no suprise.

Bench is creeping along- I think I made the best progress, with bench
when I did speed work- and yes I know how Ironic ‘speed’ work is with 155 on the bar.
and when I did ‘two board’ with a yoga matt.
