But seriously.

You have those who step into the gymn, and mindlessly start pumping the biceps and chest.

You have those that brought their schedule all prepared. That would be me.

I like to analyse stuff. I like to prepare. I prepared myself a program for the next 6 weeks. I’m in week 2 atm.
This means I’m able to tell you what I’ll be deadlifting (hopefully) on oct 16th.

I suggest you do the same, prepare a program that lasts 6 weeks. Keep a log.
What is there to analyse if you keep switching between training methods and programs?

When in doubt, try and push your 5RM for the big three. You can never go wrong with that, you fucking sissy.

Leave the “Hmmmmmm, I wonder what THAT would be like” type of thinking for chick watching. Bouncing from one thing to another is fun when you’re DATING, not working out.

Your body wont react to the quick-fix mentality.
Just be aware of the fact that the first week or so will be fun and new. When you get bored just accept it and keep trudging through it.

Even a BAD workout done religiously is better than a great routine you change and swap every minute.
