I just ordered a 36lb kettlebell. I just had to quit my job so I don’t got a lot of money to spend so I can’t get the book by Pavel. Can someone just describe to me some exercises or point me to where some are? I looked and I found the snatch, windmill, and sidepress. What are some more I can do?
Any movement you typically do with dumbells or barbells, you can do with k-bells. There are no exercises which are k-bell only. With that said, scan through all of Coach Davies articles and read through Mike Mahler’s articles. Many of these are here at T-mag, so use the search engine. I think you need to ask the Renegade Brotherhood in your area for help. They are always there you know. Post where you are and invite any and all Renegade to train with you. That is what this is all about.
